Bruno’s 70th anniversary
On October 17, 2023, we celebrated Bruno’s 70th anniversary with the Mayor of Hamilton, along with many of our long-time friends. The event was attended by dozens of past students and instructors. Guest speakers graced the occasion, one after another, offering accolades to our institution and offering their heartfelt tributes.

Her Worship Andrea Horwath – Mayor of Hamilton spoke and presented Bruno’s with a 70th anniversary citation
Emily Gauthier – Graduated in 2022 and discussed her journey with Brunos
Pamela Brusse – Currently a student discussed her journey with Brunos
Eman Ismail – Elmasri from JVS Toronto discussed her partnership with Bruno’s in training or retraining New Canadians
Sima Sakha – Owner of Bruno’s School of Hair Design spoke of her time both as a student and an instructor, prior to purchasing the company.
