Barbering Program in Hamilton
Bruno’s Barbering Program in Hamilton provides hands-on training for students looking to build professional barbering skills and pursue a career in the industry. Students learn essential barbering techniques, including hair cutting, styling, grooming, and other services commonly performed in a professional barbershop. Through practical training and guidance from experienced instructors, students have the opportunity to develop their technique, precision, and confidence in a real-world learning environment.
The program is designed to give aspiring barbers a strong foundation in both the practical skills and professional standards needed to work with clients. With hands-on experience and focused barbering education, Bruno’s helps students prepare for opportunities in barbering and men’s hairstyling.

Bruno's 70th Anniversary
For more than seven decades, Bruno’s School of Hair Design has been part of the Hamilton community and the Ontario beauty education landscape. Founded in 1953, the school has helped more than 20,000 students develop practical skills for careers in hairstyling, barbering, cosmetology, and related fields.
In 2023, Bruno’s celebrated its 70th anniversary with a special event attended by the Mayor of Hamilton, former students, instructors, and long-time friends of the school. The celebration recognized Bruno’s history and the generations of graduates and educators who have contributed to its story.
